Gentle Yoga
Enjoy a slower-paced, relaxed class that unfolds gently, allowing practitioners, new and experienced, to develop their practice from a more organic, internal place. Excellent if you are injured, recovering from illness, pregnant or post partum, or simply wanting a deep and gentle Yoga experience.
Chair Yoga
Come and literally learn by the seat of your pants. This 1 hour safe, fun, and gently challenging class will help you develop strength and reduce tension. Chair yoga affords anyone a stable base to practice basic and complex yoga, anywhere. Your focus on breathing in combination with progressive, subtle movements creates a very dramatic whole body awakening. The movements are modified to your health, skill level and needs. The results will change how you sit, stand and walk.
