The Moving Mantra Yoga Studio has been offering
prenatal yoga programming for the last three years with great success. Yoga practice
during pregnancy not only relieves the common discomforts of pregnancy, but also
helps to prepare the body, mind and spirit for the process of labor and delivery,
and all the changes that come with new motherhood. Classes are designed with the
physical, emotional, spiritual and mental needs of the pregnant woman in mind.
Many local doctors and birth facilitators refer to our program. In order to provide
continuity for prenatal students, we also offer a class for Moms and Babies. It
a great wayn to maintain practice after your baby is born, and to develop connections
